Located in the mountains of Colombia at 2,300 metres above sea level, this compact house is partially embedded into the sloping landscape to strengthen its connection to the site. A restrained material palette allows the surrounding views to become the focus of the project. The open kitchen and living area extend onto a floating deck, while a generous corridor connects the spaces and creates areas for everyday interaction. Inspired by the region’s strong timber tradition, custom joinery elements integrate doors, walls, and storage into a unified architectural feature.
