NECOCLI
Situated in a remote Caribbean town in Colombia the project is conceived by a group of friends who decided to build their beach houses together.
The development has three independent towers allowing cross ventilation through each unit. Each tower houses 2 apartments per level which are connected by communal stairs.
The apartment has a basic square footprint divided in half. Half of the square is the internal zone for bedrooms and facilities. The other half is an outdoor room with a kitchen.
The project reads as a series of terraces one on top of each other surrounded by elevated gardens and open screens looking out to the sea.
